Account Verification (KYC) At Bantubet
Bantubet runs KYC checks to confirm your identity, where you live, and that your payment method belongs to you. The platform can ask for verification at sign-up, before your first withdrawal, or after activity that triggers a security review.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Bantubet requests a clear photo or scan of a government-issued document. A passport is accepted, and national ID cards or driving licences are commonly accepted where available. The image must show your full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and a readable photo; cropped corners and blurred text get rejected.
- Address proof: Bantubet asks for a document that shows your full name and current residential address, dated within the last 90 days. Typical proofs include a utility bill, bank statement, or an official government letter. Screenshots and documents without a visible date or issuer name fail review.
- Payment method: Bantubet verifies the method used for deposits and withdrawals. For bank cards, you upload images of the front and back with the middle digits covered (leave the first 6 and last 4 visible) and hide the CVV. For bank transfers, Bantubet requests a bank statement or account confirmation showing your name and IBAN/account number. For e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page with your name and wallet ID/email is used; transaction-only screenshots are not accepted.
Bantubet can trigger KYC when you request a withdrawal, change personal details (name, address, phone), add a new payment method, or when deposits/withdrawals patterns flag a manual check. Some accounts get asked for KYC right after registration if the system cannot match basic details.
Review time is typically 1–24 hours after you upload all required files, with up to 72 hours during peak periods or if the team asks for a re-upload. Withdrawals stay on hold until verification is approved.
